SaturdayJul 11 Call 7:00 AM

PER PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

STAGE RIGHT full install: drill holes, mount LED to NL8 plates, install plates. Goal: Stage Right complete by end of day. CENTER SR HALF: holes drilled.

Gear / RTV / Scenic: Lighting dimmer racks arrive on site. Ryan Cavin arrives with RTV silicone supplies. RTV team (Curtis + Ryan): silicone every ready zone - Stage Left AND Stage Right - and keep moving as far ahead as possible.

7 AM crew - test an LED strip with Evan + Sam (LD) to lock placementTop priority, first thing at the 7 AM call. Test a strip together with Evan and Sam (LD) to confirm exact placement on each riser, so the RTV silicone crew knows where to lay it when they come in.TOP PRIORITY Get with Evan on the CEE-form converter cableEvan requested an L21-30 (or similar) 4-pin + ground connector to build a CEE-form power converter cable. The two cables you brought on site are for this build. Confirm the exact connector spec from Evan's email before cutting/terminating.CONFIRM SPEC

CENTER SR HALF: LED to plates, plates installed, siliconed - complete through silicone. CENTER SL HALF: started - holes drilled. RTV: keep moving as far ahead as possible on any ready zone.

Gear / RTV / Scenic: Scenic hard coats behind installed plates as sections free up.
