Live install status - checkboxes sync to everyone's phone (and to Kenny). Check a box when a milestone is DONE. The day tag on an unchecked box is the GOAL day - change it with the dropdown if the plan moves. Call times are potential; end times are play-it-by-ear and never posted.

STAGE LEFT IS READY FOR SCENIC HARD COAT. Holes drilled, LED mounted to NL8 plates, plates installed - no KG3 dependency remains. Scenic can hard coat at any time.

LIGHTING: Sam has the full DMX patch and the map of general zones.

Lighting dimmer racks arrive on site. Ryan Cavin arrives with RTV silicone supplies. RTV team (Curtis + Ryan): silicone every ready zone - Stage Left AND Stage Right - and keep moving as far ahead as possible.
SundayJul 12 Potential call 7:00 AM	CENTER SR HALF: LED to plates, plates installed, siliconed - complete through silicone. CENTER SL HALF: started - holes drilled. RTV: keep moving as far ahead as possible on any ready zone.	Scenic hard coats behind installed plates as sections free up.
MondayJul 13 Potential call 7:00 AM	CENTER SL HALF: LED to plates, plates installed, siliconed - complete through silicone.	-
TuesdayJul 14 Potential call 7:00 AM	Tie up loose ends: control online and tested, all cables run, loomed, and labeled. Final tidy + punch list.	-
