CLOSEOUT PUNCHLIST
KG Tour (Karol G) - Scenic LED on Band Risers · SGPS #10883 Task 405
← Hub
Closeout punchlist - names on each card own it. Check items when they're DONE; checks sync to everyone's phone (and Kenny). Print labels before heading to the plates.
Main goals
Solder LED to unhardened CSL pieces
Tanner P
Harper
SOLDER CREW
Solder LED to the unhardened pieces on center stage left. To keep paint / hard coat off the LED:
we have 60 ft of 1/2" vinyl tubing on site to slide over it (use it - it exists, ask Kenny where it's stashed)
. After hard coat: silicone the LED in with RTV and protect it, or work out the best install method.
RTV silicone all of CSL
Curt
Ryan
RTV CREW
Add RTV silicone to all of center stage left. Start at the top and work down.
Tasks
Rewire band risers to RGBW
Nathan
SL and SR band risers have the wrong color order (BRGW or similar). Rewire to RGBW.
FIRST check whether the color order can just be remapped in the Advatek output config
before doing any physical rewiring.
TOP PRIORITY
No blue on SL riser - chase controller vs LED
Kenny
Nathan
SL riser: major issues - NO blue output whatsoever.
SR riser: possibly a slight color issue, maybe nothing - verify while at it. Unknown if it's the controller or the LED. Working theory on SL: the warm-white pin got used instead of the blue pin, possibly in the turnaround. Shake it out and confirm controller side vs tape.
Plates TLC
Nathan
Tanner L
Work every plate on the rig through this list:
Loose plates: screws pulling out of the foam with the velcro/screw combo - re-secure
CSR A1 plate: first one-piece is only taped on and barely hanging - real attachment ASAP
Check all SL + SR side plates: confirm which actually need screws, screw those in, remove ALL tape
Label every plate - main inputs get device + output + DMX start (match the maps); daisy in/outs get a DAISY CHAIN arrow label. Print files - native P-touch .lbx in the lbx/ folder (open in P-touch Editor, hit print; pre-set 24mm tape, auto length):
Google Drive - Plate Labels folder
·
direct download (zip)
. 34 feed labels (device + output + DMX start, matches the maps) + DAISY CHAIN left/right arrow labels; PNGs + labels.csv + README included too.
SR output 4 lands right at a pole - figure the workaround: reroute, relocate the drop, or re-order outputs
SL: one plate is blocked by the deck - needs a solution
Plug in center SL cable outputs
Anyone
Outputs on center stage left still need plugged in.
Blocked until hard coat and LED attachment are complete.
BLOCKED
Install (rivet in) the new environmental lights controller
Anyone
Kenny already plugged it all in - it just needs to be riveted in.
Hold off until everything is working first, so we know the controller isn't the problem before it goes in permanently.
AFTER TESTING
Swap SR piece 1 output plate connector
Tanner P
Harper
SOLDER CREW
Panel mount on SR piece 1 output is bad - something possibly broken off inside, or defective from the start. Swap the panel-mount connector.
Fix dead white pixel, bottom piece far SL
Tanner P
Harper
SOLDER CREW
One pixel has no white output on the bottom piece far stage left. Repair or splice out.
