DECISION MADE: WE SILICONE IT OURSELVES. NO MORE OPTIONS - MAKE IT HAPPEN. Runner (Laura, front desk) picks the crew up at 10:30 PM, crew in at 11 PM - install LED + solder, Curt & Ryan follow with the BioSeal. ~6 pieces get hard coated tonight; paint team (3 AM call) primes + base coats them tomorrow, then that LED goes in. Kenny lands on the 6 AM flight - control/programming + coordination, and makes the "get up here" call when the hard-coat pieces are ready so the crew can sleep. More silicone lands tomorrow: 10 tubes by 8 AM, 10 more by 11 AM.

Denatured alcohol (or 91% IPA) + acetoneAlcohol = strip prep. Acetone = plates ONLY (it attacks LED lenses/silkscreen). BioSeal clear silicone - MORE ARRIVING TOMORROW: 10 tubes by 8 AM + 10 by 11 AMThe coat product. 100% silicone, NEUTRAL cure, stays clear - approved and proven on our LED. Technique: thin skin over the strip face (spreader/gloved finger), heavy beads only at ends/joints/wire exits. First move: verify the SKU on the delivered reel labels + bench-test side by side with a known IP65 piece, whites at full.
